Who are we ?

The Baked Bean Company was founded by Jade and Nikko Hardrade-Grosz in 1997 with the express purpose of providing outstanding services for people with learning disabilities.

We began life as a short term summer drama project at a day care centre, but it proved so popular that the classes never stopped! We now hold up to 5 classes a day in 4 different locations throughout Wandsworth and the surrounding boroughs.

Our classes include Drama, Musical Theatre, Singing, Dance, DJing and Life Skills. We also offer holidays, club nights and a Dramatherapy service.

Our Beans In Education project is a touring drama group made up of adults with learning disabilities, who travel around the country performing short plays designed to educate the audience about what living with a learning disability is really like.
B.I.E regularly collaborate with different NHS trusts, universities and local councils to deliver a performance or workshop centred around current issues.
